By checking the optional SMS consent box on our public SMS permission form or while entering your phone number for a pickup order, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Pollos Nortenos about confirming or cancelling that order. We do not send marketing messages under this consent.

Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can order directly by phone at 956-598-7155.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also call 956-598-7155 or email support@rgvsmarttech.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The confirmation link expires. Opening a link does not confirm an order: choose Confirm or Cancel on the page. An SMS delivery receipt is not an order confirmation. Orders depend on the business accepting orders at that time. You may pay cash at pickup or prepay online through Square. Card payments include a $2 fee disclosed before payment. Cancelling an order does not automatically refund a card payment; contact the business for assistance.
